My name is Louisa and all the courses I offer are designed to empower you with knowledge and practical tools for a positive birth and beginning with your baby.

At the heart of For Baby For Me is YOU, the parent. Being pregnant and caring for a new baby is a wonderful but often intense time and your wellbeing needs to be a top priority. When it comes to birth we believe that your experience is very important and has an impact on your health and journey into parenthood, so alongside a healthy baby, your wants and needs and how you are supported is paramount and this is reflected in all our courses.
Your birth preparation course will teach you skills to relax and enjoy your pregnancy and tools to stack the odds in your favour of achieving a birth that feel right for you.
Your baby massage class is much about you as your baby and aims to bring a little extra support, connection, and nurture into your week. What each new parent needs may be slightly different but you will always have a drink made for you,
get the opportunity to chat to other new parents and participate in relaxation practice.
You will leave your session feeling lighter, more chilled and having enjoyed a bit of 'you time'. ​
